Denise is an experienced executive and non executive director and chair, and company secretary. She holds extensive governance qualifications and is an accredited facilitator with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Beyond her board work, Denise’s governance advisory work includes:

• As company secretary of the Shelston Waters Superannuation fund, driving the successful conversion of the Fund from a limited access defined benefit model to an accumulation design fund accessible by all staff to comply with Australian superannuation law; and
• As company secretary, leading the redrafting of ARITA’s Constitution and Regulations and managing member communications and voting in accordance with Corporations Act requirements.
